There is an estimated 1 quadrillion ants in the world. That’s 1,000,000,000,000,000! So if you have a garden, you probably have ants, and you most likely have more than one kind of ant in that garden, since there is about 12,000 species of ant in the world, with new ones still being discovered. So, suffice it to say, gardeners have lots of opinions about ants, and lots solutions for ant problems. But when are ants a problem – and what really works? Luckily we have Robert Pavlis, Author of “Garden Myths” (Books 1&2) to help us understand these tiny, yet industrious creatures a little better, and of course, to bust some myths about some of the most popular ant myths out there.
